I know that it has been a minute since my last post and you have my sincere apologies. Things have been a little hectic of late and I promise to do better! The last two months have been filled with new beauty finds and fashion favorites. I have been about quick and comfortable outfits without sacrificing the chic element lately. As far as makeup, I am loving the neutrals with a gleaming glow. I have been trying out new skincare products including one from my favorite boscia range.
Who doesn't love a good jumpsuit or romper? When you are not sure what to wear, they are an easy way to look pulled together with minimal effort. I have found myself drawn to this look quite often over the last couple of months and I have found them them to be very flattering. Paired with great accessories and shoes this is a winning look. My second fav is one that I was not very sure about at first, but after a friend pushed me, I gave in. She looked so great in them and with her being so petite in size, I did not think that I could pull off the look. What I am talking about are overalls! This is a fashion item that is constantly coming back into fashion. What I like about the pairs that I purchased from Old Navy, is that they are a slim fit which is very figure flattering no matter your size. I have a medium toned blue and white denim. The white pair is my favorite as it looks super fresh. With a tank, tee or off the shoulder shift, you cannot lose with this look.
I am an accessories addict, so the BaubleBar packages have still been coming on strong! I have really enjoyed the antique golds especially accented with stones. They can totally elevate a casual look, but can also be rocked on your dressier nights out. From rings to necklaces, I have kept these pieces of jewelry in heavy rotation.

I have to admit that after totally disliking any makeup removal process outside of makeup wipes, a new day has finally dawned. I am obsessed with the boscia Makeup Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil. This product even removes waterproof mascara! It smells great and rinses very clean without leaving a greasy film like some oils do. I have not totally discarded my wipes as sometimes they are still the quickest method, but this product has easily become my new favorite.

In the world of makeup, I have been totally smitten with neutrals. From eye palettes to lip shades, I am really feeling these warm and cool colors for the spring and summer. I have already written about my love for the Morphe 35O palette, but they have come up with the 12NB and 12S palettes that are beautiful and way more travel friendly! Now I can take these shades on the go in a form that fits into my makeup bag. The 12NB or Natural Beauty palette if full of chocolatey and mid tone browns that can be used sparingly or to create an intense smokey eye. The 12S or Soul of Summer Palette is more on the shimmery side with a hint of plums, rose golds and charcoal shades. Use both palettes together or just use one, either way you cannot go wrong. As much as I am a huge fan or a bright and bold lip, I have learned to appreciate and more muted lip look. I have been a fan or Urban Decay’s lipstick formulas in the shades Matte 1993, Sheer Liar and Matte Stark Naked. If you are looking for a barely there look, these shades are great! They are your typical pinky and browny nudes and I pair them with the Chestnut liner. I can see these traveling with me on my summer holidays.

I am sure that as we embark into summer I will have some more juicy finds, so keep reading what I have going on at Everything Everlene!
